The Village of Hortonville accepts online credit card payments for services through community portal. When Clicking on one of the links below you will be rerouted to a website designed by community portal in conjuction with the Village of Hortonville.

2.9% per Credit Card or Debit Payment (minimum of $1.00) plus an additional .30 charge
$1.10 E-Check
All non-sufficient funds (NSF) will be charged $30.00 according to Village Resolution (R-9-04).

The link above will direct you to the Outagamie County Website, where you can pay online. Taxes can also be paid at the Municipal Center from when they are mailed out in December through January 31st. The Village will accept cash, check or credit card.
